Rule of Two is made up of a married couple who met while attending Berklee College of Music. Over the past 10 years, Emily Desmond and Aaron Wheeler have performed at various events and venues all over New England, including Boston's famous Hatch Shell. Together, they make their living as full-time musicians - composing, producing, and teaching music in addition to performing.

This class will be taught by Katy of Humble Warrior Power Yoga! Katy started yoga in her sister's basement at 16 and has continued to come back to the mat to find strength, flexibility and a sense of self over the years. After 20 years in the restaurant business Katy became a full time Mom. She began homeschooling her two girls in 2020 and discovered the yogic teachings to aid her in her parenting as well as herself, making a dedicated effort to get on the mat daily. She completed her 200 hour training through YogaMu (Tamlyn Cohen) in the spring of 2023 and is currently working on her second 200hr training here at YogaBalance. Katy is enthusiastic about yoga being beneficial for every body, and every mind and finding alignment to aid in longevity in our physical abilities and contentment in mind.

Chuck is a Boston area singer/guitarist, Chuck mainly performs solo and occasionally with his band, The Butler Frogs. He has opened for touring bands America, The Wallflowers, and The Gin Blossoms. He was also a founding member of Northern Point (2005-2010), an acoustic trio from the NY/NJ area that released three albums (November, Northern Point: Live at St. James' Gate, and After The Frost). In 2016, Chuck founded and hosted the award-winning podcast Above The Basement - Boston Music and Conversation, which won a 2020 Boston Music Award for Podcast/Radio Show of the Year. After 200 episodes, Chuck shuttered the podcast and set out on his solo musical endeavor. He currently performs in the New England area and is always on the lookout for the lost songs that have influenced him over the years

Off the mat you can find me working as a physical therapist/case manager at a rehabilitation hospital, playing the drums, tending to my houseplants and spending time with my family and friends. Certified through YogaWorks at YogaBalance (now HumbleWarrior) in Manchester, NH, she specializes in thoughtful sequencing that builds toward peak poses while welcoming all levels. Yoga has been a powerful healing force in her life, inspiring her to guide students in mindfulness, emotional processing, and finding calm amidst life’s noise. Outside the studio, Morgan is a marketing professional, dog mom, and adventurer who loves cooking, traveling, lifting weights, and making memories with family and friends.

Mitzy’s Story: "Some cats chase mice, which I’ve done, but now, I chase brownies. Nothing tops a pan of warm, double-fudge brownies… except maybe licking the batter first. One snowy New England afternoon, the brewery filled with the scent of gooey fudge and sparked this creation: a barrel-aged imperial stout layered with rich cocoa, chewy fudge, dark chocolate, and a velvety-smooth finish.
