What is the minimum order for contract brewing?

Our standard minimum production quantity is 15 barrels per run. Additional minimums may apply for specialty packaging formats, custom materials, specialty ingredients, or limited-run products. We will walk you through any minimums that apply to your specific project during the quoting process.

Can I bring my own recipe?

Absolutely. If you have a recipe you have already developed, we will brew it to your exact specifications. We can also adjust or scale your recipe as needed for commercial production.

Do you offer recipe development?

Yes. If you have a general idea but not a finished recipe, our brewing team can work with you to develop something from scratch. We offer full recipe collaboration as part of our contract brewing services.

How long does production take?

Lead times depend on the style, volume, and our current production schedule. Most projects run 4 to 8 weeks from brew date to finished packaged product. We will give you a clear timeline during the quoting process.

Do you help with TTB label approval?

We can point you in the right direction and share what we know, but formal COLA (Certificate of Label Approval) submissions are the responsibility of the brand owner. If you are new to the process, we are happy to walk you through what is required.

Do you help with distribution in New Hampshire or New England?

We have established relationships with distributors throughout New Hampshire and New England. We can make introductions and share guidance, though distribution agreements are ultimately between you and the distributor.
