Apple picking is cool and all… but we’ve got the real pick of the season. Introducing 603 APL, our Apple Pale Lager brewed just in time for fall in New Hampshire.
Crisp, light, and insanely drinkable, this pale lager with real apple flavor captures everything you love about fall freshness in a can. Each sip delivers the refreshing snap of Macintosh and Honeycrisp apples, layered into a bright, balanced lager base. It’s lightly sweet, perfectly tart, and like we said…insanely drinkable.
And if apple isn't really your thing, we offer a host of seasonal brews throughout the year, from summer ale to coffee cake porter.

SELTZER
Launched in 2020, 603 Hard Seltzer is NH's first locally made Hard Seltzer brand.
603 Hard Seltzer comes in three flavors year-round; Lemon-Limeade, Black Cherry Pomegranate, and Tangerine.
Cans are 16oz and all three of them can be purchased together in the 9/pack variety packs. 4/packs available of every flavor at the brewery and out in market.
100 calories, 1 gram of carbs, and Gluten Free!
New flavors are also released periodically, and are available at the Beer Hall!
Fizzy Hop, hop infused sparkling water has everything the hop head is looking for in a crisp and refreshing nonalcoholic offering without the guilt of calories.
Our team of brewers hand selected the best Citra and Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest to impart a symphony of citrus flavors. Fizzy Hop is bursting with notes of ripe pomelo, tangerine, Meyer lemon pith and yuzu lime.
