The cat's meow

Mitzy joined 603 Brewery in 2013 with one mission: protect the grain. Mission accomplished: zero pest issues during her time on the job. Now five years into retirement, she enjoys the good life as our forever Cat Executive Officer. We honor her legacy with The Mitz Imperial Stout, inspired by her imaginary world travels and her very real place in our hearts.

On the move

On the move 603 Brewery relocated to Londonderry, NH location where production capacity increased and a larger tasting room was built. The tasting room sold flights of beer and 603's spicy cheddar popcorn, which became a fan favorite very quickly!

Iron Heart Canning

603 Brewery and Iron Heart Canning made history together by canning the first craft beer in New Hampshire. What started as Iron Heart subletting space in our warehouse quickly grew into something bigger. They moved their entire headquarters to the Granite State and became the largest mobile canner in the Northeast. We're proud to have played a part in that growth.
